Brazilian architect (Rio de Janeiro, 1907) who studied at the School of Fine Arts, the National
Rio (1932-1934), Oscar Niemeyer Soares Filho, Le Corbusier'y with the Ministry of Education and Culture for the city of Rio ' s plans carried out, then took on the construction together with Lucio Costa.
